Our Story
‘Fuskie F.I.T. (Fun Interval Training) offers group exercise classes on Daufuskie Island to all ages and abilities. Classes are led by Caroline White, A.C.E (American Council on Exercise) Certified Instructor with over 30 years experience in the field. Classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength and endurance and are structured to meet the needs of all ability levels. Each exercise has progressions and regressions, and offers each individual participant the ability to work at their own level.

FUNCTIONAL 1 on 1 TRAINING SESSIONS
Caroline has now completed her Functional Training Specialist certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
This training focuses on improving balance and joint stability, with a versatility that ranges from competitive athletes to rehabilitation patients wishing to improve everyday life functions.
Move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve balance and flexibility, build strength and improve overall quality of life.
